(Hong Kong, 26 October 2009) – Automated Systems Holdings Limited (“ASL” or “the Company”) (HKEx stock code: 771) and Teamsun Technology (HK) Limited (“Teamsun”), a wholly-owned Hong Kong subsidiary of Beijing Teamsun Technology Co., Ltd. (“Beijing Teamsun”, SHSE stock code: 600410) and the controlling shareholder of ASL, announced the appointment of Mr. Leung Tat Kwong, Simon as the new executive Director. ASL and Teamsun have also appointed Mr. Hu Liankui, Mr. Wang Weihang and Mr. Chen Zhaohui as the new non-executive Directors, and Mr. Lu Jiaqi, Ms. Xu Peng and Ms. Young Meng Ying as the new independent non-executive Directors.

Mr. Leung is currently the chief executive officer and a co-founder of AsiaSoft Company Limited (“AsiaSoft”) which established in 2007 that engineers, sells and supports software solutions for enterprises’ computing infrastructures.
