Teamsun and ASL Group Jointly Announced Completion of the Share Purchase Agreement -- Holding 65.3% of ASL’s Shares Teamsun Becomes Controlling Shareholder

(Hong Kong, 23 September 2009) – Automated Systems Holdings Limited (“ASL” or “the Company”) (HKEx stock code: 771) and Teamsun Technology (HK) Limited (“Teamsun”), a wholly-owned Hong Kong subsidiary of Beijing Teamsun Technology Co., Ltd. (SHSE stock code: 600410) jointly announced today the completion of the Share Purchase Agreement in which Teamsun becomes the controlling shareholder of ASL, with immediate effect.

As of today, Teamsun acquired 203,431,896 Shares (“Sale Shares”), representing approximately 65.3% of the entire issued share capital of ASL. In accordance with the Takeovers Code, Teamsun is required to make the General Offer for all the Disinterested Shares and to make a comparable offer for all the Options upon completion of the sale and purchase of the Sale Shares pursuant to the Share Purchase Agreement. The composite offer and response document will be dispatched to Shareholders and Optionholders within seven days after Completion, which is expected to be on or before 29 September 2009.
